How to get to Pagosa Springs

Highway and Road Travel:
The main routes to and from Pagosa Springs are US Highway 160, which passes to and through the town on a roughly east west axis, and intersects with State Highway 84 coming from Chama, New Mexico, to the south.

Coming from the east, from Pueblo or Colorado Springs, just turn on to Hwy 160 at the Walsenburg exit, and stay on that road over Wolf Creek Pass into town. Coming from the west, from Durango or Farmington, you will stay on Hwy 160 heading east and come right into town on that road. Coming from the south, from Santa Fe or Albuquerque, stay on Hwy 84 until you take a sharp left turn in Chama NM, continuing on 84 to the "T" at the east edge of Pagosa Springs, then turn left into town.

Road conditions can be obtained from:
CDOT 877 315-7823 http://www.cotrip.org/
or local conditions from 970 264-5555.

Airport and Air Travel:
Stevens Field (Archuleta Regional Airport) is located three miles northwest of Pagosa Springs on Piedra Road.
